Position Summary

Highly motivated individuals are invited for a postdoctoral position immediately available in the Laboratory of Dr. Xiao-Ming Xu at Spinal Cord and Brain Injury Research Group (SCBIRG), Stark Neurosciences Research Institute (SNRI), and Department of Neurological Surgery at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. Applicants should have a Ph.D. or M.D. in neuroscience or a related discipline and are expected to conduct a strong research project in spinal cord injury (SCI). Candidates with expertise or interest in animal models of SCI, cell culture, cell transplantation, cell and molecular biology, gene therapy and functional assessments, are particularly encouraged to apply. Salary will be competitive and based upon qualifications and experience. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
