Position Summary

The Indiana University Interprofessional Practice and Education Center seeks a Director of Education to advance interprofessional education initiatives and leader scholarship. Our Center was established in 2014, to design, facilitate and evaluate interprofessional practice and education that translates into improved individual and population health outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic advice to the Center Director
• Delegate responsibilities and supervise staff providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
• Oversee implementation of the education programs of the Center
• Participate in and conduct educational research related to interprofessional practice and education

Basic Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in higher education or closely related field, PhD or EdD preferred
• Strong background in higher education student assessment, program evaluation, educational research, and the scholarship of teaching and learning
• Healthcare or public health experience helpful but not required
