Position Summary

The Indiana University Interprofessional Practice and Education Center seeks a Director of Evaluation to advance evaluation initiatives and lead collaboration in scholarship around interprofessional practice and education. Our Center was established in 2014, to design, facilitate and evaluate interprofessional practice and education that translates into improved individual and population health outcomes.
Direct overall program evaluation, including:
• Coordinate strategic planning around overall program evaluation.
• Develop and validate instruments and processes
• Oversee and coordinate data collection, entry, and retrieval
• Prepare reports for dissemination to internal and external stakeholders to enable evidence-based decision support, continuous quality improvement, and periodic overall program evaluation
• Participate in and at times lead interprofessional educational research and scholarly activities
Learner Evaluation:
• Ensure compliance with programmatic, institutional, and accreditation regulations related to interprofessional education across University Clinical Associates (UCA), partner schools, and programs
• Prepare reports and collaborate with stakeholders to enable periodical evaluation of specific components of the TEACH curriculum.
• Facilitate individual and group faculty development around evaluation of learner performance

Basic Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in higher education or closely related field, PhD or EdD preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in higher education student assessment, program evaluation, educational research, and the scholarship of teaching and learning
• Experience working on interprofessional team and/or developing collaborative assessment/evaluation approaches
