Position Summary

New postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr Kok Lim Kua in the Division of Neonatal Perinatal Medicine. Dr Kua’s lab is interested in the developmental origin of adult diseases, particularly focus to identify the molecular mechanisms underlying maternal to offspring type 2 diabetes risks transmission. The applicant is expected to work on project that involves animal studies and human samples using basic molecular biology techniques.

Basic Qualifications

PhD or MD with significant experience in biomedical research. Experience in rodent models of diabetes, animal surgery and fetal/neonatal pancreatic islet is desirable.
