Position Summary

Indiana University School of Nursing (IUSON) seeks qualified candidates for a mid-career or senior tenure track faculty (Associate or Full Professor) position. This position offers exciting opportunities for research and teaching in our academic programs. Service is also an expectation of this appointment.

Basic Qualifications

Qualified applicants must hold an earned doctorate in nursing or a doctorate in a related field with a master’s degree in nursing. Candidates should have an established program of research. Our centers of excellence include chronic illness, symptom management, palliative, and/or end of life care. Our researchers address health and illness concerns across a wide range of populations. The successful candidate must be licensed or eligible for Indiana RN licensure. Appointment to academic rank and salary are dependent on evidence for scholarly, teaching, and service achievements. Candidates must meet the appointment requirements of a tenured associate or full professor.
