Position Summary

The Department of Classical Studies at Indiana University, Bloomington, invites applications for a tenure-track position at the level of Assistant Professor to begin in the fall of 2018. We seek an individual with expertise in Latin Language, Literature, and Culture who is committed to excellence in scholarship and teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The Department of Classical Studies has close ties to the interdisciplinary Program in Ancient Studies. The College of Arts and Sciences is committed to building and supporting a diverse, inclusive, and equitable community of students and scholars.

Basic Qualifications

Ph.D. is required at time of appointment.
