Position Summary

The Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics is accredited by AACSB International. Responsibilities include three courses per semester primarily in organizational behavior and secondarily in human resource management at the undergraduate and/or graduate level; scholarly publications; and service.

Basic Qualifications

-The position requires a Ph.D. from an AACSB-accredited school in management or a closely-related field.
-ABD candidates nearing degree completion will be considered.
-Effective communication skills are required.
-Preference will be given to individuals who show promise of excellence in teaching and research.
