Position Summary

The Media School at Indiana University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level with an anticipated start date of August 1, 2018. Candidates for this position should have a social science background with a record of publishing innovative media research. We hope to hire a colleague who can build on the Media School’s existing research strengths in areas such as media effects, health communication, media policy, media economics, or political communication. The position’s duties include teaching, research, and service.

Basic Qualifications

The candidate should have a Ph. D. in a media related-field or be ABD at the time of application.
