Position Summary

The Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics at the Indiana University School of Medicine is seeking a Clinical Geneticist in a clinical academic track at the Assistant, Associate or Professor level. The desired candidate will hold an MD and have expertise in biochemical and clinical genetics in the treatment of both children and adults with genetic disorders. ABMG board certification is required. The successful candidate will be expected to perform scholarly activities such as teaching departmental trainees, including genetic counseling students, graduate students, and Clinical Genetic residents. The position consists of ~80% effort as clinical time (inpatient consultations and a minimum of 4 outpatient sessions per week) and ~20% protected time for teaching and other scholarly activities.
